Marathon Simplicity is the companion app for home-service and trade businesses —
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman, landscaping — already using the Marathon
Simplicity CRM.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Jobs
See today's schedule the moment you open the app. View your work as a list, a
calendar, or a map so you can plan the drive between stops. Tap any job for the
customer, the address, and what needs doing. Approve or decline booking requests
without going back to the office.

Clients
Every customer you manage, with their address and job history. Add before-and-after
photos straight from the van so the work is documented while you're still standing
in front of it.

Leads
New enquiries land here as they arrive. Open one to see the full history and reply
by text without switching apps.

Invoices and estimates
Create an invoice on site, then send it by text or email before you've packed up.
Track what's been sent, what's been paid, and what's overdue.

Messages
Two-way text conversations with your customers, in one thread per person, on the
business number they already know.

Get notified
A push notification the moment someone requests an appointment, so you can answer
while the enquiry is still warm.

ACCOUNT REQUIRED

This app signs in to an existing Marathon Simplicity account. Accounts and billing
are handled on our website at marathonsimplicity.com — there is nothing to buy
inside the app.

PRIVACY

No advertising. No analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not sell your data or your
customers' data. Camera and photo access are used only for job photos you choose to
add. The app does not use your location — tapping "Navigate" simply opens your maps
app with the customer's address.

You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the app at any time:
Settings → Delete Account.

What’s new

Jobs can now be edited, cancelled, or deleted from the app. Create a job and pick from the services your business actually offers, with address suggestions as you type. New actions on every job: add as a client, create an invoice, send an SMS update, share with the customer, and mark the job complete. Fixes for dark-mode readability and map addresses.
