App is SOOOO SLOW... This has to be the most dysfunctional banking app I've ever used. It takes a long time to load, when I want to transfer money it takes forever to load the transfer screen. It's been this way for a while and I've tried different phones all top notch. I don't get it please fix it's so annoying in this time to have such a slow app.

Does not send account alerts. This is a serious flaw. Alerts are extremely important so you can see if someone got access to your account. I go to push all notifications, and it says it is blocked. I couldn't find marcus app in my apps, uninstalled it from the phone, re-installed, logged in, tried to set notifications, and it said blocked again. It does not show up in apps.

App is unusable. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times. When you try to log in, you get a message that there is a known technical Issue. I gave the benefit of the doubt that it was true -- it's been a week and I still cannot log in on the app. I can successfully log in on the web browser. I was planning to open a HYSA with Marcus, but not anymore.
