"I used to have a good experience with this app, but recently things have started to get disappointing. The prices of items are now quite high, and when a customer wants to sell something, the charges seem excessive. Additionally, if an order gets canceled, there are extra taxes applied, which shouldn’t be the case. The handling charges are also quite steep; it would be better if they were reduced. Overall, the app needs to reconsider its pricing and cancellation policies to improve customer exp

I ordered an electric juicer from the Markaz app for my customer, but it is not working. The customer charged it for five hours, and it only worked for two minutes before stopping. The next day, it was charged again, but the juicer still does not work and will not turn on. I have already complained to the Markaz helpline, but the item has still not been returned or replaced. This is very disappointing, and I expect an immediate resolution.

There is a must option to contact directly with the Supplier. They take too much time for delivery. Courrier Company reject order by there self. Customer may frustrated and return the Order due that long duration of delivery and there no connection between Supplier and a Courier. Order not deliverproper in time. please update it and add these things in it.
