Worst shopping experience ever. I waited more than 10 days for my order. After all that waiting, the delivery rider refused to let me inspect the parcel before payment. The package looked suspicious, so I couldn't take the risk. Customer support kept giving false promises instead of solving the issue. Completely unprofessional service. I will never order again and do not recommend this app.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Markaz app. Most of my orders were returned instead of being delivered, which wasted my time and effort. The verification process is confusing, and several of my orders failed verification without a clear explanation. The app needs much better customer support, improved order management, and a more reliable delivery system. I expected a smoother experience but ended up frustrated. I hope the developers fix these issues.

Not satisfied with Markaz. Most products have incomplete descriptions. Important details like brand, capacity, wattage, size, and specifications are missing, while the same measurement disclaimer is added to almost every product. This makes it difficult to answer customer questions. Delivery has also been unreliable in my experience. Please improve product information, supplier quality, and delivery service.
