The prices of items are now quite high, and when a customer wants to sell something, the charges seem excessive. Additionally, if an order gets canceled, there are extra taxes applied, which shouldn’t be the case. The handling charges are also quite steep; it would be better if they were reduced. Very good aap... but we are unable to chat with sellers... and markaz technologies please add 1 night shipping method... In the new update of the Markaz app, while placing an order, you have to auto-select the tehsil, which does not have many tehsils, due to which there are many difficulties and many orders are being returned. If it is made manual like before, it will be very easy.

Opening the parcel is not allowed on delivery, secondly, it is very difficult to contact the help center. Earlier they used to give a lot of bonuses etc but now they are negligible and the delivery charges have also been increased so it has become very difficult to do business keeping your profit۔ I would suggest to improve its help center and the most important thing is to allow parcel opening, which will solve 50% of the problem. And make things cheaper so people can do business۔ Thanks
