The app looks promising for a new development project. However there is a significant issue with the location. It routinely placed me about 15 miles away from my actual location at all times. I've got 2 other apps installed that both can detect my location exactly

It tells me that it's heavy rains but then it shows me it's heavy snow on the actual display in the today section which is incorrect because I can see it's raining and not snowing heavily as it states.

Hi! Thank you for trying Overmorrow!
The Main Screen shows the current weather (In your case the heavy rain) so what you would see when you look outside. Then when you scroll down it shows the general summary of today (So in your case the heavy snow) indicating it was going to snow that day.
