One of the worst apps on my phone. Requires login too often. Then when you log in, you get a blank screen. Kill it, and restart. Ok, now I'm in. I want to check in. It can't show any of my trips. I have 3 out there right now. This isn't a odd issue. It does this all the time and has for years. Couldn't be more unreliable.

Marriott is the chain to go with if you stay in hotels a lot, especially for work. I really wish the app loaded a little bit faster and it would be really really really awesome if they created a widget to add to your home screen that lets you go directly to your mobile key. The worst thing in the world is sitting outside in the rain waiting for the app to load up and then navigating to the mobile key. if I could add a widget that was like 4x4 big, it would be 5 stars

I love the Bonvoy app. It is so easy to navigate and easily accessible. I love that you can manage all aspects of your reservations at hand. I'm a newer member but no complaints thus far. Update as of 4/17/23 the app has gone down. It doesn't work properly. Makes me log in several times. Does not remember any changes I make to my account. It is difficult to book..
