This app is garbage, and I'm being kind. The mechanism to add a patient shows a verification button labeled "Voice call", but the call will *not* work to an actual land line. It does work if you get the pharmacy to update the phone number to a cell phone. Any attempt to Refill results in "Internal error: invalid server response" message, and fails immediately. Martin's: you contracted this out, then failed to assure that you got what you paid for. Waste of time, confirmed by the pharmacy tech.

My updates opinion on this app is that it's incredibly broken. You can submit refills just fine so long as you manually enter your Rx number. However, if you try to sign in, adjust settings, or try to submit a refill from your account history, the app freezes completely and WILL NOT budge until you close and repoen the app. Think I'll just be calling in my prescriptions from now on, honestly. Less annoying, less frustrating.

most experiences have been 5 star. Occasionally, it won't want to recognize anything I do. Luckily, updates have taken care of the situation.
