I've been chasing problems with this app for a few months. Each time I try to refill scripts, I get to the end and submit the request and it automatically errors out. i get an internal server issue error. I cleared app cache and data several times, uninstall and reinstalled. The app has never worked for me. so annoying.

App was great while it actually worked. For the last month, I haven't even been able to log in. Deleted and reinstalled. Still nothing. Now, I can't even open the app. Before I deleted it, it went right to the account page on opening. No logging in. But nothing worked on the account page, and I couldn't get any further. I'd give zero stars if it were an option.

It's had constant login issues, prescriptions disappear, it doesn't update the auto refill option in the pharmacy system and it wasn't very user friendly with the limited options being unreliable before the last update. After the update on 10/19/24 is doesn't work at all. If it opens, you can't get past the screen with the prescription options for your prescriptions. It freezes and then crashes. I'm not sure what the developers did but they need to undo it.
