UPDATE 02.19.2026 - After working for a period of time the same issue returned. Can no longer log and get a simple unexpected error message when attempting to do so. wish they would invest money on stabilizing the app and provide some minor improvements. UPDATE 11.6.2024 - Latest update has completely broken the app. Can't log in or it just freezes up. ------ Would love it if there was a way to archive old prescriptions so they no longer show up. Seems like my list is getting unmanageable

App was great while it actually worked. For the last month, I haven't even been able to log in. Deleted and reinstalled. Still nothing. Now, I can't even open the app. Before I deleted it, it went right to the account page on opening. No logging in. But nothing worked on the account page, and I couldn't get any further. I'd give zero stars if it were an option.

It's had constant login issues, prescriptions disappear, it doesn't update the auto refill option in the pharmacy system and it wasn't very user friendly with the limited options being unreliable before the last update. After the update on 10/19/24 is doesn't work at all. If it opens, you can't get past the screen with the prescription options for your prescriptions. It freezes and then crashes. I'm not sure what the developers did but they need to undo it.
