Doesn't work at all. Shows wrong card First of all, its showing wrong card. When I check my profiles online, it shows correct info. Not sure how card is getting populated within app. There is no option to update card number. If you try to scan the card at counter, it doesn't work either . Waste of time.
The coupons don't come off when you scan your card a lot!! When you use the coupons they stay on your list so you don't know which one's there or not. That's the main reason I downloaded the app. is for the coupons. If this was fixed I would give it a 5 because that's the only problem I've had with the app.
Can't log in For two days now I am unable to even get in to the app. Super frustrating!
The only contact info in the app is a phone number - completely useless to deaf/hoh customers. also, how do you change the card # in the app?

Can't log in, many people are having the same problem. Won't allow me to type my username or password in.
