Is there no option to dispute the alleged violation? Then, this is nothing more than a scam, not to mention the personnel who are taking the photos and making charges are not in uniform, have no ID badge, and no communication skills. Case in point are the personnel assigned to Digital City. The app has numerous bugs including the part where you can't add any cards to pay a penalty! or you can't even pay any penalty!

The app is a good idea but it stuck often specially when you need it most in the middle of the street under the hot sun of Saudi Arabia. Another point is a suggestion to find a way for the stranded customer to communicate with an agent around the clock 24/7.

I use airport parking multiple times every day, and payment through this application rarely works. In fact, maybe once or twice a week the payment is successful, if at all. Most of the time, trying to pay through the app only wastes time, the payment fails, and parking charges keep increasing. If this application cannot reliably process payments, please discontinue it so users clearly know they must use the manual machines instead. This situation is extremely frustrating for regular users.
