'Scan ticket' option is TERRIBLE. 1. It doesn't adjust focus at all. 2. Doesn't recognize the ticket most of the time. 3. Every second it tries to read barcode without focusing the lens, fails to recognize, and hangs the device for few milliseconds. 4. The haptic feedback vibration after every failed attempt is SOO annoying, since the app rarely recognizes tickets. 5. The device hangs after every second so can't enter barcode number manually either. 6. Manual enter mode doesn't let you paste copied number. The least they could do is 'Touch to refocus & rescan'. This is basics for any app that uses camera!

I have been using this almost for 3 years now. Everytime an update comes, I expect the bugs to be fixed. But unfortunately irs doesn't. Developers should do more testing. Main issue is when u put a street parking & if internet is switched off by mistake & you try to extend the time by switching on the Internet, the app goes blank. You can extend the time. It needs Internet continuously when parking is ACTIVE.

Very confusing mawgif app , it has two booking buttons , I pressed one of them to pay for the parking directed me to two drop down menu's one is the time required and the other is the parking number , so I filled both and payed for four hours . When I came back to take my car,they towed it with the reason it's not the same car I booked for .where it picked automatically the last plate no. of previous parking where I used my other car. Tried to explain to the supervisor,he said it was my mistake
