تجربة سيئة، إذا سويت حجز ياخذون الفلوس وينسونك. أنا حجزت تاريخ غلط بالغلط، وما قدرت أغير التاريخ ولا ألغـي الحجز. ما فيه أي طريقة تتواصل معهم بالاتصال، بس رسائل، وحتى الرسائل ما يردون عليها. Bad experience, if you reserve they take the money and forget about you. I reserve a wrong date by mistake and couldn't change the date and couldn't cancel the reservation. There is no way to call them, only texting and they don't reply.

Is it a good app? Well it's my first time, and I ended up first bad impression. So I can't say it favoured me. I booked to stay for 7 nights; wasn't so comfortable that I had to stay 1 night only. Reason: Was stressed out as the goat didn't provide me with check in info early enough. Not clean enough and water was flowing from the bathroom to the kitchen area. Such is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I can't get a refund, plus I tried to raise a complaint in the app but it's in Arabic lang.

Very bad experience at Gathern. The room was dirty, full of hair, and even insects were inside. It felt like nobody cleaned properly before I arrived. I contacted customer support and nobody bothered to reply. I regret booking here and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. not recommended
