I was travelling for the first time to Abha and once I was there the app wouldn't open, tried signing in and out, uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing app data and cache, but nothing worked, and I couldn't find my booking confirmation and location in an email or even sms! How was I supposed to get to the apartment in a city that I visit for the first time?? Luckily I somehow remembered the location and made a lucky guess on Google Maps.

I make my ratings last june 5 and I tried to contact gathern same day to complain but its not available for chat and may rating is not appearing in my review to the chalets that we rented as if we just wasted our money after we pay the pool is verrrrrrryyyyyy dirty we went there to swim but we didnt at all!!!!! and our check out supposedly 12pm at 1130am the haris is already calling to levae the chalet

The app stopped working for 3 weeks , it was so good
