It's extremely difficult, almost impossible, to contact customer service. Also, your rights as a customer aren't protected. You can easily get ripped off by deceptive property owners, and there's absolutely nothing you can do. Moreover, the app commission on bookings is way too high. Literally ALL other booking apps are a lot more reasonable on commission. I don't recommend this app at all

Misleading Listings & No Support & Map Not Accurate *Review*: Booked an apartment in Riyadh through Gatherin. The listing was completely false. The host said the apartment is under renovation but it was still listed. Major issues: No WiFi, freezer not working, broken shower, damaged bathroom door, dirty sofa, light problems, and no basic items like prayer mat. I paid for 1 night but could not stay comfortably. Customer support did nothing.
