Is it a good app? Well it's my first time, and I ended up first bad impression. So I can't say it favoured me. I booked to stay for 7 nights; wasn't so comfortable that I had to stay 1 night only. Reason: Was stressed out as the goat didn't provide me with check in info early enough. Not clean enough and water was flowing from the bathroom to the kitchen area. Such is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I can't get a refund, plus I tried to raise a complaint in the app but it's in Arabic lang.

I have a booking reservation coming up and cannot log into the application. also issue with selecting the date and frustration experience overall

The apartment that i book is scam i try to contact the host many times but he didnt answer me 2hours waiting outside the door of the apartment so disappointing how can i refund my payment can you help me thank you
