I can't login, in my first attempt to login it gives error saying "You reached the maximum number of attempts. Please try again later". I tried multiple days, different phone numbers, nothing worked.

This app desperately needs a policy requiring owners to upload recent, accurate photos. Too many renters are being tricked into booking properties that look nothing like the advertisements. It’s honestly a shame to see #Ronaldo endorsing this app! 😓 ​My advice to others: Always try to visit the property in person before booking. Many of these falsely advertised places have strict non-refundable policies, and the customer service team is incredibly slow at responding to complaints or processing

Unfortunately many of the places advertised are not liveable. I had particularly bad experiences with accommodation booked through the app in Taif and Madinah
