This app never shows me my data usage, or minutes left, etc. It also never lets me view my perks. So the app is useless other than when you have to pay for more data of course. Definitely needs a lot of work!! I also had to factory reset the phone because it kept kicking me off of my apps even though I had more then half of the storage left. Very inconvenient and these are problems then can be fixed within the company and app

It took me a couple months to get customer service to actually fix my data problem, but eventually they did. Now instead of only being able to access my data via the phone's hotspot, I just have to toggle the data off then back on right before trying to use data in any application on my phone. I guess it's better than before, where I had to use a completely different device to connect to the phone's hotspot and access it that way. (Which was quite a bit more inconvenient) This phone is the worst

This app is disappointing for sure. When setting up my account I can only edit the name and add a pic, it won't allow me to edit any other fields or even give me the option to. Then there's the fact that there's no "Help" option for any kind of support so this is my only option. The service doesn't even connect before it times out, so without a WiFi connection it's pretty useless. I don't know if it's the phone or service but it's nothing like what you get if you pay for service.
