About this app

My Todo is a to-do list that stays out of the way.

Your tasks are grouped into Overdue, Today and Upcoming, so the next thing to
do is always the first thing you see. A progress ring tracks how much of today
is done, and finished tasks move quietly out of your way into Completed.

There are no accounts, no sign-in and no ads. There is also no internet: the
app does not request network permission at all, so nothing is uploaded,
nothing is synced and nothing is tracked. Everything you write stays on your
device.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Add a task in seconds from a quick sheet that opens straight to the keyboard
• Give it a note, a due date, a time of day and a priority
• Group tasks into your own colour-tagged lists — Work, Home, Errands, anything
• Set a reminder and get a notification at the time you chose
• Swipe right to complete, swipe left to delete — both with undo
• Long-press and drag to reorder tasks exactly how you want them
• Select several tasks at once to complete, reopen or delete them together
• Clear all completed tasks in one action, or fold the section away
• Optionally hide completed tasks older than a week to keep the list tidy

MADE TO BE READ AT A GLANCE

Priority shows as a coloured bar, due dates as a chip — two different shapes,
so a colour never has to mean two things. Overdue tasks are marked clearly
without shouting. The whole app has full light and dark themes that follow your
device, with an in-app override if you prefer one.

ENGLISH AND ARABIC

My Todo is fully translated into Arabic, including right-to-left layout, and
follows your device language by default. You can switch between English,
Arabic, or follow-device at any time in Settings.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN, NOT BY PROMISE

No analytics. No advertising identifier. No crash reporting. No cloud. The app
holds four permissions in total — notifications, alarms, run-at-startup and
vibration — and every one of them exists only so a reminder can reach you on
time. There is no INTERNET permission, which means the app is not merely
choosing not to contact a server: Android will not let it.

Your tasks are stored in a database inside the app's own private folder that
only the app can open. Uninstalling removes them.

ACCESSIBILITY

Text scales with your device's font size setting. Every control has a
screen-reader label, tap targets meet the recommended minimum size, and text
contrast passes WCAG AA in both themes.
