Very cool. More than I am used to having access to. We will truly see, over time, how helpful it is. So far, all is well except Billing. Section has statements that are recent, but the link is broken and does nothing when clicked.
This is by the worse medical app that I have ever used. For a world famous medical organization one would think they would have an actual useful app. You can only email the general department instead of a specific person, which is highly annoying.
I really want this to work but it won't let me sign in. "Unable to sign in at this time" even with all of the correct info. I'll keep trying and hopefully it will work later on but this should be fixed especially since I'm not the only one having this issue.
I've been trying, quite literally, for months to reset my password but the app always tells me that there's an internal error and I have to try again later. This makes it quite useless.
Works great for me, but I do wish my itinerary would stay resistant in my phone & computer so I don't have to go on line and pull up my patient portal, but would up date me if anything changes.
I have never been able to log in it keep saying wrong password I changed it so many time
