Ratings and reviews

Dr. couldn't see the photo i uploaded to their app nor the photos I sent in the text that they were dialoging with me on. Dr. was emotionless, almost bot like. I received better advice and help from my Nurse friends. App has poor symptom responses, Sad. Maybe better luck for others..

It's supposed to be compatible with my phone. When I try to open it, it keeps saying that there's an updated version, so it won't open...I have installed and uninstalled 3 times to no avail, and I really need medical help:(

I had a half hour wait beyond the appt time, but the visit itself was great. The provider was very knowledgeable and helpful.
