On December 28 my virtual US Visa debit card was accepted and used in the system. But on January 20th, it and my attempts to load the gift cards were rejected. I was actually thrilled that Jamaica was beginning to become a bit on the innovative side, considering I'm a freelancer and I get paid at times online using a virtual US card, but I guess today's explanation by the Rep was not so. Please try and consider customers as myself. As flexibility is essential especially in such a modern world.

The app was great before the restructuring, no major issues. Minor issues were resolved relatively quickly via the app support. Since the update too many glitches for comfort. Can't make payments with my preferred payment method. This has been reported several times and months later, still unresolved. Apparently, it's a known issue with payment provider but there has been no communication with clients on same. Sucks because I'm losing out on benefits where I would frequently use giftme.

Don't have a forget pin section, and now I can't purchase as I don't remember my pin. This is ridiculous. Support does not work. update it did work, got to customer service and I'm good now.. 5 star
