I am trying to register my account and link it with my Mbank account. When I enter the OTP during registration in the Mwallete app, it works. But later, when I choose to link with Mbank, a new OTP is sent. At this point, the OTP field in the Mwallete app still shows the old OTP I entered before. The old OTP cannot be removed, and I am unable to enter the new OTP.

Very bad experience. My money is stuck in it. App is not responding properly, customer service also has no proper solutions. Better not to use this app.

Hi sir I want to register Mwallet but I can't register because facing this issue Account Verification is pending already I'm complaint and I also when I am trying to do call your customer service number he is not connecting going waste my time and balance also pls arrange for call receivers agent plz.
