Alot of people have complained about the Digital OPT feature for a long time but nothing have changed. The more recent complaints are not even replied. Not recommended if you don't want to be locked out of your account if you lost your only device with D-OPT.

This bank and app is quite good before. But lately, the frequency of problem and unannounced, unschedule maintenance is really HIGH. The errors cause so much trouble for transaction to process and unable to transfer/receive money but didnt have a single notice from Bank: No email, no annoucement, no noticing, NOTHING! As least, notice us when you go to maintenance so we can be awared about that. I am thinking to change the bank to avoid such bad behavior in customer service.

Can I really trust your apps to put all my money in?? Kind of scaried I think. There's something that 's gone wrong in some processes and often I have to forcedly close the app to get out of it. May someday when I do some transactions and boom, the app freezes the money might never go back and then there's no evidences that happened
