This video recording app uses the Lab Streaming Layer (LSL) to synchronize video with physiological data over the network. On start-up, an LSL stream is created. Once recording begins, the app sends integers that increment from one, representing the number of frames recorded in the video. This facilitates the alignment of the video with any LSL data stream, including physiological data such as EEG and MEG, ensuring synchronization during later analysis.
