Why am I limited in the number of times I switch devices? Why do tickets expire so quickly? They are not heads of lettuce. Rules are clearly set by bureaucrats who don't care about customer experience.
The button to activate a single trip ticket takes is not able to be activated until it has been on the screen for 30 seconds. The button to activate a monthly ticket works right away.
Pretty dumb they don't let you share your account with other people . You can only switch devices three times.
The "Alerts" button should be on the app's homepage given that the trains are delayed all the time. Instead, you have to click on a tiny thing in the upper right hand corner and then select from a utilities list. There's plenty of room for a couple more buttons on the first page! Why do you still choose to inconvenience us?
The app doesn't return to the screen it was left on. This is a giant waste of time for the fare collector. You either can't use your phone until the collect tickets or it takes many (slow) clicks to get back to your ticket.
Keeps telling me my card security code is wrong when I just used my card to grab an uber. Waste of time. App is trash
