The app is not responding and it's down and too slow at evening, this is usual and not working in weekdays were the same is working fine at weekends, i suspect this is due to heavy traffic as more users are logged at same time req you to scale up the application based on traffic and fix this ASAP

No notification alert from App even when notifications settings turned ON on mobile device. No proper updates on respective section other than announcements tab. It will be very difficult to search a announcement made in the past. Example time table changes etc.

There should be an option to auto forward Announcements to email id, and at the same time notification over sms. Currently the issue is if we miss the announcement notification on phone, it is very hard to traverse back through all the past announcement to find the missed one. There should be date filter to filter announcements of specific date
