Old app expires in a few days.. The new one doesn't work most of the time. I can't even add in my account, I keep getting a network error. Occasionally it does go to the next page, but by the time I get my card details out, it errors again. Why change something that wasn't broken? If you don't fix it you're going to lose customers to a bank whose app does work... I've already setup an account with another bank just in case you don't fix it. Your IT boss should be fired for being incompetent!

The app was supposed to start working at 7am today following a technical update. It's 16.03. App is still not working. Already updated and basic troubleshooting done. Still nothing. It's very frustrating.

Unable to log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but keep getting an error message about an update check not working. I don't use the app all that often but it's frustrating to not be able to access my account when needed. So much for "bank anytime, anywhere..!"
