while applying for ecom card the pan card file upload part is too complicated. It doesn't show file type, size criteria. And the files availabe in local storage doesnt show in collections as well. Tried every possible way formatted the file, compressed the file, changed name, still cannot select the file. Want to aware the tech team.

I tried activating the mobile banking. it asked to sms, and I did. then it says mobile number successfully validated and to go back. when I go back, it says to carry out forgot password bla bla. it really absurd. now it says request pushed to GBIME. I never experienced such for other banking system. I tried several time but It incur me only sms charges, without any results. Very poor at first impression.

Disappointed with the app. Couldn't open a bank account through the app as it froze in the upload section. Had to physically visit the branch. And now requesting an e-com card through the app and PAN upload section does not work. Hyped so much about the "digital universe" yet nothing works!!!
