Terrible app and poor customer service. Need to filter customer service staff, very unprofessional they hangup their call when they can't explain the problem and provide suitable solutions. Totally disappointed.

App crash vako vai cha.. khai ahile samma barsau barsa kaile navako issue k aako ho yo yesto ahile? Update: I reinstalled app. I was asked for device reset. Entered Password and Transaction PIN. It asked me to send SMS & it was of 2 page & sending is not free they thing money grows on tree. I sent it as ilI have to use urgently. It says Transaction PIN is incorrect after sending SMS. F.....s can't you simply verify credentials over internet before sending SMS? After 3 times, finally logged in.

i opened this bank account may be 2010 but still yet they manage well now 2026 .actually im not using well account but they never use my money from my account so .this bank is wonderful work. thanks to all global time team . honestly they work . love you all
