most useless bank app i ever used..other bank app have technical issue occur sometimes but global smart has it every time. if u have so many user then invest more for yr app..using old version is so annoying..App doesn't open severals times..always buffering..user don't use this app if u hold yr money in yr bgime account..u have to face big problrm..mind it..shame

it's full of problem the forget password process takes to much time it says server unavailable or says your DOB is wrong or your citizenship wrong just what's happening i am really disappointed from a top bank of nepal having such poor facilities for customer.

I rate it 0star because it's create a simple problem while I login . it's spend more than 100rs but not working 🤔
