its good and easy to use, but the thing that ruins it is that when I try putting my skin into my minecraft bedrock, instead of being an Alex skin, its Steve..

Found the cause, and it is not the app: in Minecraft Bedrock open Settings > General and turn OFF "Only Allow Trusted Skins". While that is on, the game refuses any skin loaded from a file and shows the default Steve instead. Turn it off and your skin shows up.

Oh no, I'm really sorry to hear that all your work disappeared after turning your phone. That sounds incredibly frustrating. Could you tell me more about what happened? For example, did the app crash, or did you just switch apps? Any details would help me figure out what went wrong.

• If a pack only opens in Minecraft, the app now tells you
