The first step to financial well-being is budget planning!
For many people, the optimal planning period is one month.
And even for such a period it is impossible to plan everything down to the smallest detail, so you need to determine the main thing:
- how much money is your monthly incomes.
- how much money is your monthly planned costs, such as transportation costs, rent, etc.
- how much money is your payments on debts.
- and how much money you want to postpone to deposit or leave in reserve.
All that remains of the income after the distribution must be divided into 4 weeks.
And live based on this monetary constraint, which we ourselves have defined.
After You have set the incomes, costs, debts and savings,
application will automatically calculate and show the summary values and weekly constraints!
The application also help to control actual incomes, costs and savings.
Try to follow these rules:
- If there are money left at the end of the week - put them to reserve.
- If in the course of a month additional money comes to your family budget, record it as an unscheduled income.
- Unplanned large expenses that go beyond the weekly budget take from the reserve or from credit card.
- At the end of the month, the remaining reserve can be put to the deposit or left for future use :)
The application is very easy to use:
Switch to Plan mode and plan you budget!
On the "Incomes" tab, add your planned monthly incomes (for example, salaries).
On the "Expenses" tab, add the planned monthly expenses (transport, rent, etc.).
On the "Debts" tab, add the existing debts and the planned monthly payments for debts (for example, loans).
On the "Savings" tab, add savings (bank deposits or just deferred money).
The reserve is specified for convenience as a percentage of the basic income and can not be deleted, but can be set to 0%.
Based on the entered data, it is automatically calculated how much money you can use per week to keep within the plan.
Enter the data, postpone money for a week and use only them, following the rules!
The summary information is displayed on the main tab "Budget".
Switch to the "Fact" mode and record the actual money flow facts!
Record the incomes, costs, actual repayments of debts and actual savings to deposit.
Optional:
You can plan several budgets.
Save and restore budgets using import/export android functions.
