I love love love the new update!!
Reading other reviews and my suggestion is use a computer if you can rather than a phone. I use my laptop and have had no problems. I like the therapy and counselors MD Health offers. Sometimes getting to an office with my schedule is impossible and the convenience and time of their doctors and counselors is what works for me. The psychiatrist on staff was quite intelligent and observant. I was pleasantly surprised to find such accuracy and knowledge from a supposed "virtual doctor". I recommend this app to anyone who is looking for great healthcare at any given time, when most offices are closed. You can't beat that. And frankly if the doctor you see on here won't prescribe what you need you tell them to find you someone who will immediately bc thats what their being paid to do. Be assertive and be your own advocate. Thats what works for me.
The doctors only want your money. Explained my situation and then was told they can't do anything for me but yet my situation was listed on the site for things they help patients with. I told them every doctors and planned parent hood is booked till next week. Still told me I had to just wait even tho complications were getting worse. Still got charged 50 dollars for being in the phone for 2 and a half minutes. PATHETIC would not recommend this. Paid 50 to talk on the phone now I have to go ahead and spend more money seeing a doctor I person plus prescription
Absolute trash app & service. 90% of the customer service reps seem to be trainees that have no clue what they are doing. The doctors are only in it for the money so they want the consultation over ASAP. If it wasn't for my insurance paying for this service, I would never touch it with a 20 foot pole
I've used this service twice, it's a service provided through my employer at a discounted cost. Beats the heck out of paying out of pocket for my urgent care visits. Both visits where by phone (no video). Both of my calls were regarding head colds/sinus infection/allergies. I was given options for treatment and both times I was prescribed antibiotics/steroids. I think it also helped a lot that I researched my symptoms first prior to setting up an appointment just to see if it was something I can knock out naturally. But I've had great service so far. Just downloaded the app. Will most likely continue with the phone calls. No video.
Finally tried it, I selected a video consultation(which there were several Drs available). I ended up waiting over an hour and a half. I got tired of waiting so I canceled. The customer service rep sounded like she didn't believe me that I waited that long. About 30 minutes later I got a call saying that no providers were available by video. After reading the reviews I'm glad I went to urgent care. Now I have to wait 30 days for a refund. Probably won't be using them again.
