Ratings and reviews

I drive delivery routes with this app and while it mostly does its job, it is very unreliable. It crashes about 20% of the time when I open the app (which I do 2-3x per delivery) and constantly gives me false "Changes to Route" notifications in intervals. And when I'm done with my route the app just... stays on. You can pause the route, but if you open the app again the persistent notification will come back. In short, it's janky when I need it not to be and I hope these things are ironed out.

I'd rate it decently if the notification system actually respected the device's settings. I've blocked the notifications as best I can within the device's app settings(the in-app settings are a joke btw, absolutely pitiful) and it still dings no matter what I do. Easily one of the worst apps I've used in that regard, and it's unacceptable. If I silence an app on all notifications and block it's capability to send notifications, it shouldn't be doing anything beyond running QUIETLY.

There used to be a button to call clients, it was removed for some reason, so now driver must manually dial each one. Also, since the app uses coordinates rather than the actual address(?!?!) 9 times out of 10, it sends driver to the wrong address. Lots of room for improvement here.
