UNINTUITIVE & INEFFICIENT No ability to search on a single screen anywhere other than location # (accounts). The device history is limited to the point of being worthless. NETWORK RELIANT No ability to preload anything besides the most basic info, and only automatically. UNSTABLE It constantly freezes, crashes, lags, and has a really bad memory leak that clearing the cache doesn't resolve. AND MUCH MORE They don't give me even 10% of the word count I need to convey how horrible this app is...

This app is decent, but definitely has some annoying issues. The app used to be very consistent with scanning barcodes, the first time almost every time. Since the last two updates, scanning went from near perfection to frustrating. The barcodes will scan completely wrong, sometimes with letters, symbols, wrong numbers or missing numbers. It went from missing a scan once a month to ten a day, where you constantly are backing out of the new device screen to rescan the barcode again.

Okay... From a technicians side in the field the app does what it's supposed to. However, I do a lot of inspections and have to upload a ton of photos to each job. This app makes you upload 1 at a time naming each individual photo which can be very time consuming. Other apps like jobber and gorilla desk allow you to take photos on your phone, then upload all the photos at once. This feature would help tremendously.
