Overall it's a nice visual upgrade. I like the integration of cycling and park and rides - both essential options to accommodate the sprawling population in NI. There is one major oversight however. I don't see the ability to track buses on a map which was possible in the previous app. This functionality is essential to giving users a sense of progress in their journeys and that's why it exists in every taxi app in Belfast. That functionality should be reinstated.

When I opened the app today to buy my ticket it had kicked me out since I last used it. It would not let me back in so I went for a password reset and.........I'm still trying to reset my password hours later!! I got the code to my email okay, but every time I try to reset I get an unexpected error message. Luckily I had the old plastic day journey card with me so was able to get the bus. Very poor experience. Maybe a cashless future of apps on phones is not all it's cracked up to be!

This has got to be the worst travel app ever. No matter what you ask it to do, it takes a huff, won't let you book anything over one trip, one person, the many, many different prices make you have a brain fart, adds many prices , and timings, believe me folks, the actual translink staff tell you to ignore this travesty of an app, and turn out on the day to Grand Central and use the blimmin real people to book! IT'S NOT THAT HARD TRANSLINK!
