Ratings and reviews

It's decent since it shows routes and fares and has detailed step-by-step instructions. But it doesn't let you purchase tickets; you need a separate app for that. Overall though it's inferior to Google Maps, which gives info like crowdedness and lets you see the path on a map.

The planner often doesn't match the actual times or even the times displayed on the screens at busstops. It also doesn't show when services are cancelled. Translink contact centre staff have said it isn't accurate. Makes it very difficult to plan or rely on the services, which is frustrating if public transport is your only means of travel.

much better than website. useful having maps but still needs local knowledge to find names of locations. for example the int. airport bus stop does not have airport at start of name.

What’s new

Public bike journeys are now available to plan using Belfast's Beryl Bikes. Get live bike information including how many are at the bike station, the bike type and the option to reserve a bike.
