Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't work. Nor the website. What's the use of them if the main functionality (which is the booking) is failing no matter how many times you tried, with several users, credit cards and currencies. Really shameful and time wasting.

When will you guys allow us signing in to our accounts using our email addresses? Limiting the choice to membership number only sucks!

The application is constantly crushing. This is my worst experience ever in booking online flights. Not even their application is really miserable, but also the website. It's constantly crushing it was really a frustrating experience
