Meaxtime is designed for developmental service agencies that need a simpler way to manage field operations, staff activity, service documentation, and EVV-related requirements when applicable.
Agencies can manage schedules, timesheets, clock-ins and clock-outs, shift approvals, breaks, events, expenses, forms, time-off requests, and on-site attendance verification with geofencing—all in one organized platform.
Employees can document shifts, submit notes, attach receipts or job-related files, complete forms, and communicate with supervisors through private workplace chat. Supervisors and administrators can review activity, approve timesheets, manage schedules, and keep important service information organized.
Optional kiosk mode can be enabled based on each agency’s workflow and internal policies, allowing staff to access Meaxtime from a company device on site without needing to install the app on their phones.
For agencies providing services subject to Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), Meaxtime helps support the collection and organization of visit-related information for compliance workflows.
