Questionable credibility with the distributor for Medcovet. The app doesnt work drops my payment card then doesn't allow me to add it back. My bank notification said the request for funds is incomplete. I spent hours deleting downloading the app, worked with the vet tech and she spoke with support and no resolution. what they did do was tell me they would not send a new device until I made consistent payments. Its not my bank, my ability to pay its an app error and I am punished for it.
