Ratings and reviews

I've been asking for over a month on a list of providers still have not received anything in the mail or in my email on providers. Customer service not the best.

The app was shoddy at best before, but a recent update made the app completely unusable on Android. I couldn't see chats with benefits advisors, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Now I can't even enter my password to log in. Waste of space on my phone.

App functions basically but isn't programmed well for Android. It has a chat function but no ability to send notifications through Android os. So it's impossible to know when an agent has replied to an inquiry. This really needs an app update.
