while the app works in most respects, beware that upon purchasing online and doing in-store pickup, they use a slow and unreliable invoice verification method using a phone, and the phone doesn't work and if that doesn't work then you can't pick anything up and have to spend hours at the store waiting for anything to happen. Poor show Mediamarkt, poor show.

app is really good but they have to provide the support for other languages especially English to make usable for lot of international community.
