• Conveniently login with the same credentials as your existing Mediacom service

Note: Mediacom Mobile is exclusive to Mediacom subscribers. You must have Mediacom service in order to enroll in Mediacom Mobile.

eSim not Ready.... okay lets call Mediacom... Wait I don't have a service. Okay lets login to the app... Wait I need a text verification from my phone that doesn't have service

This review is for the MediaCom mobile service. Setup could not be more painful. It seems like every step of the process is poorly thought out and even more poorly executed. I spent 4 hours on the phone with Tech Support and still they weren't able to get my account transferred properly. Be very cautious if you're coming here and make sure it's worth your time to do so. - A valued customer
