I sign in with my username and password. I get the authentication text. I enter the code. And just when I think the app is going to load, I get a message that says Account Doesn't Exist. Every. Single. Time. Then I log on to their website with the exact same information and there are no problems. App is worthless.

This review is for the MediaCom mobile service. Setup could not be more painful. It seems like every step of the process is poorly thought out and even more poorly executed. I spent 4 hours on the phone with Tech Support and still they weren't able to get my account transferred properly. Be very cautious if you're coming here and make sure it's worth your time to do so. - A valued customer

eSim not Ready.... okay lets call Mediacom... Wait I don't have a service. Okay lets login to the app... Wait I need a text verification from my phone that doesn't have service
