Waste of time. There website makes it impossible to determine which premium channel apps you should have access to. Then there is the "TV EVERYWHERE" BS. Their article says to get THIS app and go to the LIVE TV CHANNELS section to see the apps, but it only shows some of them! If only Mediacom didn't have a monopoly in my area, maybe they'd be motivated to do better.

I can't even sign in, useless app. come on Mediacom if you're so up with the "times" then lets fix your glitches and answer answer your customers questions??? Fix the app, because as of right now this is really bad for business and honestly you your company really hasn't lived up to fulfilling your contract on a 2 year agreement when we are constantly calling to have our stuff fixed due to glitches in your equipment and upgrades and/or mistakes made. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER...

You need some serious work done on your app! It won't even let me register or sign in. I downloaded it on the advice of a customer care text. Please fix it I would love to use what it claims to offer. Last updated this app July 30,2019. What's with all of the commercials pushing this? Or when we text a tech they send a link to use this? It's garbage! Tried again 3-7-21 won't let me sign in or give me instructions on what I should do. Step it up guys. I really want this to work!
