New review - 6 years later App won't send codes to your phone number to start account. Good luck making this work for you. After downloading app, it informed me the only way I could use it and have a username/password in order to view my bill, see outages, ect., was to set up paperless billing and auto-payments. In other words, they wanted me to set up an automatic draft from my checking account before I can even use this application. No thank you.

Good afternoon, We apologize for the issues youāve experienced. Once a customer logs into the app with their Mediacom ID/password, they can view their bill, outages, etc. without enrolling in autopay or paperless billing. If you'd like further assistance, please email totalcare@mediacomcc.com and we will help in any way we can. Thank you!

Doesn't give you updated nor accurate monthly billing cycle payments. It's completely confusing in the billing section. For instance, one time I paid my bill twice in the same month because according to the app it looked like I had a bill due. When I got my statement I was paid for two months and when I called Mediacom about the issue, they said I did not have a payment in advance.¿¿me¿¿. I guess I just made my payment too early. But the bottom line is it's very deceiving how the app is set up.

Whenever I pay on-line, I like a confirmation number. MediaCom sucks in this aspect. The app itself works as well as most other bill pay apps I've used. A month later.....redesigned app so you can look around and try to find where and how to pay. Either way, Mediacom is a poor cable carrier. Expensive, billing always changing, internet and cable frequently go down and the system needs to be rebooted. So when internet goes off-line, so does your security system. Only thing reliable - monthly bill
