Great improvement from the last app Overall layout is user friendly and has an elegant look to it. So far I have just paid my bill. Changing my service options I have not a clue how usefully this app will be. If you need to pay your bill,get the app and forget the Web page login!
Your app is NOT up to date w/the normal bill that I have which causes me to be very much behind on my original bill. I wldnot recommend to be view until u see your paper bill 1st. Be careful & protect urslf bcuz they will not help or call until u c that ur svc has been cutoff. But Thank God I spoke to one of thee best reps who looked out for me 4 my best interest & I'm grateful!
Why did modem resets change? I used to love this app because I could monitor my connection and actually reset it from anywhere. Now, the app says to unplug the modem. Which is easy enough except when you're not next to the modem. Please bring this back because I need this and a lot recently since my modem received a firmware update and loses connection quite often. An added feature that should be considered is displaying modem up time or length of active connection.
Good app when it works. Always has problems with connectivity to servers and is not on my end. Usually can never log in. I'll bump up reading if connectivity issues gets worked out
The app works well l. My problem is with mediacom it's self. After being a customer for years the service had never improved. Needs competition in the area, to make them care about their support and customers more. Bit like I said the app works well to pay all of these bills
This app is o.k. I can normally do what I need to do. Freezes at times. If my cable and Internet worked this well I would be much happier. Cable, Internet, phone work intermittently. I have had multiple service calls and still have problems. I agree with Consumers Reports review, not very good service. I do not like the fact someone came in and put that this review was for a older version. This review was done in October and reviewed and updated on 12/17/16. Still having the same problems.
