MediaBridge turns your Android phone or tablet into a personal media server. Stream any video or audio file from your device's storage to smart TVs, VLC, Kodi, Chromecast, and any DLNA-compatible player on your home Wi-Fi — no internet required, no subscription, no cloud, no account.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Select a folder — MediaBridge scans it and every subfolder for media.
2. Tap Start Server.
3. On your TV or player, browse DLNA / Network / UPnP sources — your server name appears automatically. Or open the shown URL (or scan the QR code) in any browser. Or cast directly to a Chromecast.
4. Play, seek, pause — switch apps or lock your phone and the stream keeps going.
PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED
Storage access — to read the media files you choose to stream.
Network — to run the local server and advertise it via DLNA discovery.
Foreground service — to keep the server alive while you use other apps.
Battery optimisation — to prevent Android from interrupting long streaming sessions.
