The app can really help when I am mobile and don't have my computer. I did not give it 5 stars as when quoting if I select Filters they still have not fixed the plan filter types (HMO, PPO, etc) so that they are visible on an android phone. The plan type filters appear blank so you have to guess when trying to filter. This has been reported before with no action taken to address the problem.

I've been trying for weeks to get the app to open a contact and it keeps shutting down. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall and the same thing happens. That along with all the bugs on the website, and the fact that it take support weeks to get back to you makes it pretty tough to rely on. At least Sunfire is works.
