Use the free Alaveda app to access your company/health plan wellness program from your mobile device. The app offers a wide range of personalized tools including:

- Take a health risk assessment to determine your risk for disease
- Learn how to reduce your risk for disease with personalized plans for wellness
- Earn incentives and rewards
- Participate in wellness challenges
- Socialize with friends and colleagues

The Alaveda app is available for anyone to download, but you must obtain login credentials from your employer or health plan before you can log in.

This app is horrible. I'm forced to use this for insurance, otherwise it's one of those apps you try for a couple minutes and delete to find a better working one. It's clunky, the aspect ratio is off. If I hadn't been in a similar program I wouldn't have any idea what this app is for. Frankly, even knowing what the purpose is, It's still difficult to figure it out. It doesn't work with Android or Samsung native step trackers. If you hit back at any time it closes the app.

HORRIBLE! I am so frustrated with this app, and would absolutely delete it if not for my work health insurance program. It does not have any options for Samsung Health including my Galaxy watch to track activities. Also, it requires me to log in every time, but requires several tries each time. And, don't even thing about using your back button...logs you out!!! Interesting it is for health tracking, it gives me so much stress.

Not awesome. It is 2026 and this app feels like 2003. This app makes it so hard to log in that it discouraged me to use it. I linked my Fitbit to validate activity and will log on to do the minimum requirements for the health plan. If you want us to use an app, choose one that is user friendly! OSU should ask some of their computer science or other tech students to design the next health app. They would do 100% better than this UI.
