MediScribe Flow is a clinical documentation workflow for home-health and hospice practitioners. Speak the visit narrative, let the app draft the structured document, review the coverage with the supporting evidence, and deliver it securely — all from your Android phone or tablet.

DICTATE THE VISIT, EVEN ON THE MOVE
• Start a dictation and keep working — recording continues if you lock your phone or switch apps mid-visit, with a visible recording notification the whole time, and it stops when you stop it (with an automatic safety stop if you forget).
• Audio is saved on your device first, so nothing is lost if connectivity drops. Recordings sync and transcribe when you're back online.
• Dictate in your language: English, Spanish, Taglish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Russian, Korean, Japanese, French, or German — or let the app auto-detect.
• Recording is always something you start and stop yourself. The app never listens on its own.

BUILT FOR OASIS AND HOPE
• OASIS-E2 coverage coach for home health: a readiness score, an evidence grade, and grouped items that need attention — each suggested answer shown with the words from your own narrative that support it. Unsupported items stay blank or are flagged for your review.
• HOPE support for hospice: Admission, Update Visit 1 and 2, Symptom Follow-Up, and Discharge timepoints, with calm documentation reminders — for example, a note when a moderate or severe symptom is documented and a Symptom Follow-Up Visit may need to be considered. Reminders you review; never automatic decisions.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL
MediScribe Flow assists with documentation only. The practitioner reviews every generated document and remains responsible for clinical judgment, accuracy, and final documentation. Nothing is delivered without your review — and the app always shows what has actually been sent, including a clear reminder when a newer dictation hasn't been delivered yet.

AI, DISCLOSED — AND REVIEWED BY YOU
Transcription and document drafting use AI processing on MediScribe Flow servers, with OpenAI as a service provider. Every suggestion is shown with its supporting evidence, and nothing is finalized or delivered without your review. The Clinical Use & Disclaimer is available from the in-app menu at any time.

SECURE BY DESIGN
• Designed to support HIPAA-aligned workflows; a Business Associate Agreement is available to organizations on request.
• Optional biometric app lock, automatic sign-out after inactivity, and encrypted on-device drafts.
• No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

FILE TO YOUR SYSTEM OF RECORD
• Participating agencies can file the reviewed document to the patient's chart in their system of record — only after your review, and only when the coverage coach shows no blocking items. Filing is enabled per organization by your administrator.

WORKS WHERE YOU WORK
• Work across multiple agency workspaces? Switch in one tap — and if you carry a dictated note between workspaces, the app reminds you to confirm it belongs to the right patient before generating.
• Delivery you can trust: a sent receipt, and an honest "you've dictated since sending" reminder so an update is never silently left behind.

ACCOUNT REQUIRED
MediScribe Flow is provided to home-health and hospice organizations. Accounts are authorized by your organization's administrator — you can request access right in the app, or visit mediscribeflow.com to get started.

What’s new

Watch text. The organization and visit line, and the coaching items, now fit the watch face at every font size instead of scrolling past the edge. Checked on round, square and rectangular watches.

Today's route. You can reorder your planned stops from Edit, on the route and in Paused visits.

Recording safety. Discarding a visit now stops the microphone with it.

Losing your phone. Help now explains that work not yet uploaded cannot be recovered from a backup.
