About this app

mediteo is an easy way to remember to take your medication regularly.

mediteo notifies you at previously set intake times and indicates the appropriate dosage. The app also allows you to save and be reminded of medical measurements, doctor's visits and medication refills. This way, mediteo supports you in adhering to your personal medication plan.

EASY IMPORT: Look up medication in our extensive database or add different medications by scanning the package or your federal medication plan.

UP-TO-DATE REMINDERS: Set intake times and receive notifications to remind you of your intake, appointments and follow-up prescriptions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Always keep important information about side effects and interactions at hand with the electronic package insert.

HIGH DATA SECURITY: Keep your data under your control. Neither we nor our partners have access to it. By default, it is only stored locally. The application can also be used completely without registration.

REGULAR MEASUREMENTS: Enter measured values, such as blood pressure and blood sugar levels, in your electronic diary and be notified of upcoming measurements.

FREQUENT CONTACTS: Get an overview of your doctors and the pharmacies you use and find out their contact details and opening hours.

EASY SYNCHRONIZATION: You have the option of connecting mediteo to your CLICKDOC Account to store your medical data in encrypted form.

mediteo m+, our medical device for improving and maintaining adherence, offers you even more features:

- Medication information: Get information about your medication, such as interactions or instructions on how to take it.
- Export and print all data: Save your intake statistics and entered measurement values as a PDF and bring the clear report with you to your doctor's consultation.
- Target ranges for measured values: Easily compare your data with your personal target values or the recommendations from the European Blood Pressure Directive.

Notes: You can test mediteo m+ for two weeks free of charge or purchase a subscription via in-app purchase. At the end of the trial period, your account will be charged for the cost of the subscription if you do not cancel the trial before the end of the trial period. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your account settings in Google Play. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. mediteo m+ is currently only available in Germany and France. As long as it works, great app. Gives out the reminder and sends you more notifications with reasonable timing. Setting and changing entries is okay. BUT For weeks it works just fine, and then sometimes it just decides to skip a day of notifications?! I've checked all my settings and it is set to remind me daily, which works most of the time. Then there are just days where I get nothing?? Unacceptable flaw in an app that people rely on to ALWAYS take their meds on time! Please fix this issue!

Great app! Keeps an eye on me like a babysitter. Always makes sure that I stay on time. However, it is a major undertaking to change anything! As long as everything remains status quo, all is well. Should your regiment ever need to change however (replace or readjust the time of a medicine), good luck! it's like you need a PHD. to affect ANY changes. Seriously needs some work there. It's surprising to me that an app so skillfully designed did not account for something so rudimentary. -1 star.

So far so good. I understand that this is for human patients. I am a veterinarian & patient owners tend to struggle with giving the medications we prescribe... because they forget or don't understand (which is a big problem especially with antibiotics and resistant bacterial strains). It would be amazing if this app could be expanded in the future to include vet meds as well. And the ability to change between different profiles/family members.
