Totally loved this app. It's quite benefitting me. As a college student, I can understand the stress due to acads. I basically combine this with my pomodoro session and can study for longer time than before. Thanks dev for making such a great app. The UI is good. Just want to give a suggestion that it would be better if the dev could integrate binaural beats and add a meditation training
Time Options? Perfect APP! Must Buy Guru! Excellent app. However it's a hassle to Google military time to use reminders bit. It would be great if it went according to my time instead of a 24 hour clock. It's very stressing for me. Lol That is my only complaint and I definitely plan on getting GURU version!
Breathing by sound I love this app! I just installed it yesterday, but it has two features that make this an easy 5 stars for me. 1) the ability to adjust the breathing ratios and set the times for myself. I bought the paid version just for this and 2) the fact that I don't have to look at the screen but can be guided by the auditory sound cues, which are also adjustable. I would like to be able to suppress background sound entirely during the retain and sustain phases, but otherwise it's exactly what I need.
Simply fantastic! I need some help please. Any of the exercises somehow change the breathing pattern after it starts. For example, I start anti-appetite, it automatically does three patterns: inhale, exhale, and sustain. Then, in a cycle or two, the pattern changes to: inhale and exhale only. Am I doing something wrong? Is it suppose to change patterns? Thank you for the great work you guys do.
Very nice, would be much better if inhale & exhale had specific designated sounds. I did check the sounds tab & other tabs. I can't find anything which will allow me to assign a certain sound for in-breath or out-breath specifically. There are lovely color charts but what if you don't want to stare at your phone. Can you be more specific in your directions? Thanks
This is well-designed application that will help you learn good breathing habits. It offers a number of different breathing techniques and guides you through each of them. In addition, it measures your health and tracks your progress. It also has a great wiki page with a ton of information including extensive documentation of how to use the app and the health benefits of each technique. This is one of those apps that is worth paying for. One thing I'd like to see added is a note inside the app that explains each breathing technique and why and when you'd want to use. Perhaps this could be added to the tab for each technique.
