Very disappointing service and poor communication. My sample collection slot was scheduled for 8–9 AM, but despite repeatedly telling me that they would arrive by 9 AM, the collection person reached only around 9:30 AM. After that, I still did not receive any proper update regarding my report. I had to personally follow up and collect the information myself If a time slot is provided, it should be respected, and customers should be kept informed about the status of their reports.

i choose diamond plan which is of 3499 which has consultation included. They just gave a call when I was busy and asked to call later they just send me an diet plan without discussing with me, which is useless to me as I am not working in normal shifts. I asked to call me again but no luck.

Not recommended!! They haven't called after getting report, no consultation, no explanation of the reports even after multiple follow ups. Very poor service. They also charge more as compared to other good App. I wish I've gone to Pharmaeasy App for this. Highly disappointed!!
