About this app

MedSahi Admin is the hospital administration app for MedSahi.

Hospital admins get a live view of facility operations—occupancy, staff on duty, encounters, transfers, and revenue—plus tools to manage doctor coverage when someone is away.

Sign in & setup • Secure login with mobile OTP or MedSahi Care (SSO) • Register a hospital admin account and create your hospital facility profile • Biometric / device unlock on supported phones

Facility dashboard • Overview KPIs: bed occupancy, active visits, revenue, outstanding balances • Transfer queue summary (incoming, outgoing, completed, cancelled) • Staff on duty at a glance • Ward occupancy and capacity • Active encounters by department / type

Encounters • Browse encounters by date • Filter by OPD, Ward, Dialysis, ICU, Emergency, or All • See status: scheduled, in progress, completed, and more

Revenue • Date-range revenue reports • Total billed, collected, outstanding, and collection rate

Doctor coverage • Set today’s coverage when a doctor is absent • Assign covering doctors and optional reason • Save, run, or save & run reassignment for open visits

MedSahi Admin is for authorised MedSahi hospital admin accounts only. It is an operations and oversight portal—not a clinical charting or patient-facing app.
