I am user of pandamart and chaldal for the last 2yrs,their delivery was not bad as this app delivery option,I started using meena from 2months and the reason was they locate at the same block I live and they claim to deliver 29minutes which is time saving,but that happened only once and that I am the one who contacted them and then they make it quickier for me otherwise I would wait 1hr+,the problem is you can't be sure when you will receive your grocery as opposed to the other delivery apps.

I wanted to use the Meena Shopping App, but unfortunately, it’s not available in Sylhet yet. That’s why I couldn’t try it myself. I hope Meena expands its online and offline services to Sylhet soon — many people here are waiting to use it.

Customer service and delivery operation staff are unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to contact them about delivery delays, they have not provided updates or informed customer about the status of the parcel.
