About this app

Meight Simple issues and signs DeCA and eCMR transport documents. Fill one in, send each party a link, and they sign it in their browser.

Signed from any phone
Each party gets their own link, sent by email or WhatsApp. They open it, see the whole document, and fill in only their own fields. They don't need an app or an account. Signatures are locked the moment they're made.

Ready for inspection
Every transport document has a read-only public page with its own QR code, laid out exactly like the official form. The driver shows a phone, the inspector scans the QR, and the PDF downloads with no login. A short numeric code works as a backup.

From 5 October 2026, Spain requires the DeCA to be issued and carried electronically. Meight Simple is the easiest way to stay compliant.

DeCAs and eCMRs
Real templates with the same fields as the paper ones, so nothing is missing when someone checks. DeCA for domestic road transport in Spain, signed by the carrier. eCMR for cross-border, signed by the shipper, the carrier and the consignee. Every field the official consignment note carries, including tractor plate, semi-trailer plate and special circulation permit.

Everything in the same place
Every document you issued and every one shared with you is stored in the same list, so you can quickly see who has signed and who hasn't. You can filter by template, date or reference.

You don't need to type it twice
Duplicate a document you've already issued, or create them from your own TMS over the API. You don't need the rest of the Meight platform to use this.

Independent product
Meight Simple is made by Meight, a private company, and is sold to transport businesses; it is not intended for children. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by any government or public authority. DeCA and CMR/eCMR are names of standard transport document formats; Meight Simple is a tool for filling them in, sharing them and signing them.
