Honestly, it's totally useless. I have tried to process three transactions over the last 4 months, and none of them went through because of some bureaucratic reason. Cheaper, easier, and faster to just get a cash advance from your business card. You'll know right away if your cash advance will process, too. As opposed to waiting several hours for any kind of confirmation/denial of payment from Melio.

the app would not allow me to unselect fastpay. tried to backup to change the payment method. it wouldn't let me. contacted customer service and they're useless telling me there's nothing they can do to go backwards. I pointed out that the app isn't working correctly and wouldn't let me unselect and they're like robots in the background. customer service phone number listed doesn't pick up and goes right to a hangup. when you call it. I would not recommend this app
