Well. It happened. A few months ago they blocked my partners account (to this day) now mine was also shadow banned, without giving a reason. When I try to pay out I get a gift card purchase error "request denied". Same happened to my partner a few months ago. And is blocked to this day. I wrote the support I got an automated AI response. So I replied that this doesn't help and they should just tell me if my account is blocked or not. Got another auto response. Also earned points are half now...

I have been a member for over a year and have never had a problem with payout...until now. Last week, I tried to redeem a gift card. It seemed to go through as normal but I haven't received it. I e-mailed support and have received no response (so, for the THX team reading this, please don't suggest emailing support as it has already been done and has proved to be useless). I am concerned and will look into taking this further with Trading Standards as it's tantamount to fraud.

recently I tried redeeming my point it not allowing me, saying request denied I should contact customer support have reached out to the customer support twice no reply for about two months now, so I just gave up on it, it has been going well for me for the when I started but suddenly am unable to redeem my point and customer support is not replying
