I have been a member for over a year and have never had a problem with payout...until now. Last week, I tried to redeem a gift card. It seemed to go through as normal but I haven't received it. I e-mailed support and have received no response (so, for the THX team reading this, please don't suggest emailing support as it has already been done and has proved to be useless). I am concerned and will look into taking this further with Trading Standards as it's tantamount to fraud.

Issues with tracking points at first, resolved after numerous updates and reinstallations and help from support. Now I've got enough points to cash out a voucher I'm just getting a generic "sorry we weren't able to do that" error and support email has been silent for over a week now.

Hi, one common reason for cash-out issues is being outside your registered country. It’s a security measure to protect your account. Once you're back, it should work fine. If you're still having trouble, email us at support@thx.community (mailto:support@thx.community). THX. team

A couple of months ago I wanted to get a gift card as usual but it's not possible any more. Every time this ridiculous error message. Support team sent me the code for a used gift card (€0 balance). The next time they have told me that I use VPN and located outside the Netherlands. I can see many similar reviews from 2026. It means that I am not alone Support team, you are more than welcome to visit me at my Dutch residence. Contact me and I will send you my address.
