The app is very poorly programmed by an amateur! Every time I open it I keep getting constant prompts to review my last refueling or car wash experience, I keep submitting a review then another popup comes on and on again until suddenly it would just disappear. Also, since the last 2 updates, when you click on Car wash then tap the drop down arrow to select which kind of car wash you want, nothing happens, you need to keep trying endlessly until you get lucky and the options are revealed.

Very good first impression! No complaints at all. Update: I placed 2 orders but there was a delay and rescheduling done by your side (twice).. the issue: i was surprised to find out that i will be charged 36 per order if I cancel the order. This isn't right. If there's a delay from your end, the customer must have the right to cancel free of charge.

Very glitchy app. It sometimes confirms an order without actually completing it, which only becomes evident after about an hour, when the message "leave you fuel call unlocked" disappears without delivery. After every order it takes over the screen with a request for feedback and when you press skip, the app freezes. It also has various up-sell pop-ups which are very annoying and cannot be disabled. It is such a shame that the app is so frustrating, as the fuel delivery service itself is great.
