Love this app! Love the exercises! I love that I can choose which ones I want to do and create my own schedule. I have an Android and my phone is plugged into a TV so when I am doing the on my own exercises, it doesn't cast to the TV correctly. But all of the follow along exercises are casting perfectly and I can see everything! Thank you thank you.

I LOVE this app! A variety of strength programs for all levels and the ability to customize your weeks to include strength, yoga, pilates, and barre all in 1 place! Not to mention the incredible resources from specialists in peri-menopause & menopause, along with tons of 🔥recipes geared towards your needs in this season of life. Add the fact that they're continuing to grow the platform with even more programs & and info, and my mind is blown! 100% worth the membership!

I’m actually being so much more consistent with this app than anything else I’ve tried and I really think it’s because of the weekly schedule feature. With three school age kids, that structure keeps me accountable, and I love seeing my workouts right there on my calendar. I also appreciate the focus on lifting vs. cardio. The lifting keeps my form solid but still gets my heart rate up and the rest breaks are appreciated! The 3 program per week variety is great and just what I need as well!
